CircleTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and the Circle team (“we”, “us”) for using the Circle app and this website. By using Circle you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who can use Circle
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use Circle. You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it.
2. Your content
You own the photos, doodles, reactions and comments you send. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, resize and deliver them to the people you chose, only so we can run Circle. The licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
People in a room can save what is sent to it on their own devices. Only send things you are comfortable with the people in that room keeping.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Circle to:
- send content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, or that you do not have the right to share;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- send intimate images of someone without their consent;
- break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the service, or access rooms you were not invited to.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report something, contact us at techgaurav093@gmail.com.
4. Rooms
The host of a room controls its invites and can remove people or delete the room. When a room is deleted, members have 30 days to save what they want before it is gone.
5. Circle Plus
- Plus is an optional subscription, sold through Google Play or the App Store, billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly, in your local currency. The store shows the price before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your store account; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.
- People you invite never need Plus, and delivery is the same speed with or without it. If your Plus ends, your widgets go back to the free options.
6. The service
We work to keep Circle running, but it is provided “as is”. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the service with reasonable notice. Photos in the cloud are kept only as long as the Privacy Policy says, so keep the copies on your device if they matter to you.
7. Ending
You can stop using Circle and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
